The Art of French Crepes

Sweet, savory, or BOTH!  The possibilities are endless starting with a base crêpe recipe, and a few tricks to create any type Crêpe dish you can dream up!  Learn the skills to create a wide range of Crêpes Sucrées (sweet) or Crêpes Salées (savory Galette), or even a Crêpe Cake!  Join Pastry Chef John McGough to learn the ins and outs of everything kind of Crêpe!

We  will explore some traditional Chinese ingredients and prepare pot stickers, Taiwanese Beef Pancake, steamed Scallion Meatballs and a variety of dipping sauces.
