Specialty Yeast Breads 2

In this advanced yeast bread class we will explore a cultural bread favorite and the use of fan favorite ingredients. You will learn to make Panettone, Italian Christmas bread, a delicious Chocolate Bread, and Orange Rolls that will go perfectly with your morning coffee or anytime snack. Learn simple tricks to expand your bread making skills. Bring along some takeout containers because you will taking home loads of goodies. Lunch will be provided. An apron, kitchen towel, and other personal items may also be brought to class.
