International Series: Filipino Cuisine

Filipino cuisine is one of today's hottest food trends. From its indigenous Malaysian roots to the influences from China, India, the Middle East, Spain and the United States, Filipino food is a truly global cuisine. In this class, you will prepare a traditional noodle dish called pancit and a modern take on a Filipino classic.

As a safety precaution participants should wear a face mask, covered shoes and long pants.

Aprons, kitchen towel and other personal items can also be brought to class.
