COM3051 - UPportunities for Returning Adults
Course Description
This course is designed for adult learners who are returning to college after years of being out of school. Participants will learn how to orient themselves in Laulima and learn how-to-use Gmail, Google Drive, Google Documents, Google Calendar, and Google Slides and time management skills. The participants will also learn presentation skills and present a final presentation at the end of the course.Learner Outcomes
By the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- demonstrate competencies in using Gmail
- demonstrate competencies in using Google Drive
- demonstrate competencies in using Google Docs
- demonstrate competencies in using Google Slides
- demonstrate competencies in using Google Calendar
- create and present a presentation using Google Slides
- demonstrate how to use Google Calendar for time management purposes
