Course Description

Workshop #1:
Our first workshop in our Financial Literacy series is about Building Savings and Wealth.
In this workshop, you will learn how to set financial goals, what Financial
Foundation is, the Wealth Formula, as well as the effects of time and inflation on
your assets.

Workshop #2:
Our second workshop, Increase Cash Flow and Manage Debt, will cover how
to increase your cash flow, build a solid plan to be debt free faster. You will also
learn about your spending habits and might discover an additional $100 you didn't
know you have!

Workshop #3:
Our third workshop, Preparing with Proper Protection, talks about The X-Curve
Concept, why proper protection is the foundation, the value of properly protecting
your assets and liabilities and how this benefits your overall financial strategy.

Workshop #4:
In workshop 4, you will learn about the financial importance and impact of your Health,
understand the inevitability and impact of Medical Expenses, how to ensure that
your last wishes are prepared and carried out, and lastly, understand
different strategies to transfer and preserve your wealth.

Workshop #5:
Workshop #5 is about understanding different asset accumulation strategies. In this
workshop, you will learn about how to accumulate wealth and the cost of waiting,
how to look at historical returns, average returns, and your returns. We will also
cover different strategies on how to minimize risk on your investments.

Workshop #6:
In Workshop #6, Fulfilling Long Term goals, you will learn how to plan for higher
education, understanding the tax impact, and how to manage your pensions,
IRAs, Annuities and more.

Workshop #7:
The newest addition to our workshop series, Optimize your Social Security Income,
you will learn how to maximize and also optimize your social security benefits. You’ll
also learn about holistic retirement planning and how does tax and social security
fit into retirement planning.
