Course Description

This hospitality program will focus on Hawaiian Ho`okipa, Hawaiian host culture and values for aspiring students who have a keen interest in hospitality, business, and commerce.  The program is designed to strengthen the participant's foundational understanding of importance of hospitality spirit for business professional with international perspectives. 

SLOs:

By the end of the program, the students will be able to:

1).  Describe Hawaiian values and basic hospitality concept

2).  Define one's own Kuleana (responsibility) and practicing Hawaiian values at school and in the community
