Please join us for a 1-hour webinar on the topic of Cooking Foods en Papillote.

Cooking Foods en Papillote, in this variation of steaming, the main item an accompanying ingredients are encased in parchment paper and cooked in a hot oven.  The main item - SALMON rests on a bed of hers, vegetables and or sauce, steam is created as the protein is cooking thus flavoring the dish.

By the end of the webinar, you will be able to do the following:

1).  Understand the cooking technique of papillote.  Foods that have been properly prepared en papillote will demonstrate the same characteristics of flavor, appearance, and texture as other steamed foods.

2).  Gain knowledge of cooking salmon via papillote.
