CULN3033 - Pancit Two Ways

Course Description

Rob Vasquez and Natalie Aczon share their family recipe for Pancit. With the introduction of noodles by the Chinese settlers to the Philippine archipelago, Pancit has become a very recognizable dish in the Filipino cuisine. Two friends of Kapi'olani Community College will battle it out to see who's recipe will prevail.

Learner Outcomes

By the end of the webinar, participants will:

1. Understand techniques and flavor profiles shared by the speakers that are very familiar in the Filipino cuisine.

2. Understand why certain influences are important when creating the dish.
