Next to public speaking, the fear of revealing your inadequate computer skills has been reported to be the greatest fear of American workers. If you have ever felt like that, this course is for you! It will give you competence AND confidence to use the latest versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint 2019. These computer applications are valued and, frankly, expected of employees across all job sectors: banking and finance, healthcare, education, tourism, information technology, retail, real estate and so many more.

Learner Outcomes

  • Define, explain, and demonstrate proper computing terminology usage in areas such as hardware, software, and communications.
  • Describe ethical and security issues involved in the use of computing technology.
  • Qualify to take the MOS Certification exams for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
