Course Description

In this webinar, participants will be guided through the fundamental steps of meditation and provided with insight and the know-how to center themselves to help relieve stress. The benefits of meditation will also be discussed. 

Speaker Bio:

Pollyanna Fisher-Pool is a UH Manoa graduate with a MS in Zoology. She has been studying various forms of meditation for over a decade. Her latest studies are working towards a primordial sound meditation instructor certification from the Chopra center. 

Her interest in meditation sparked as she found that being led into meditation was the easiest way to access an alternate state of relaxation and proved to be helpful in finding solutions to stressors. She has since delved into silent meditation, breath work, mantra meditation and guiding others into a relaxed space. 

Many times the answers to our questions are within and they can be brought to light by going inwards. Meditation can also assist in letting go of things holding individuals back. Join Pollyanna in an intro class to find easy ways to fit meditation in your life and understand which is the best for you at this time.
