COM3201 - Project+ Certification Exam Prep
Course Description
CompTIA PROJECT+ CERTIFICATION is an entry level certification in Project Management. PROJECT+ covers a high-level introduction to Agile as part of one of the objectives. PROJECT+ is a methodology certification intended for small to medium sized projects and can provide an entryway to more advanced project management certifications such as PMI CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation.
Learner Outcomes
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
1). Understand how to manage the life cycle of a project.
2). Understand how to communicate appropriately.
3). Understand how to manage resources and stakeholders.
4). Understand how to maintain project documentation.
