Course Description

This course is designed to prepare students for communicating with Japanese customers by learning the use of appropriate polite language when interacting with customers in the business and hospitality industries.

Learner Outcomes

  • Use appropriate basic key phrases and expressions for assisting customers.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of Japanese hospitality and customer's expectation to assure quality of service.
