Course Description

This custom program will teach the participants how to convey their ideas, events, and transactions clearly and concisely.  The interactive workshop will help the participant understand the mechanics of writing, as well as formula writing, psychology, and style.  Participants will learn the most common form of written communication when conveying messages to superiors, subordinates, and fellow employees.  They will develop paragraphs that introduce, connect, develop, and conclude some part of an idea and learn how to prepare reports and proofread their work so that it is clear, concise, complete, and correct.

 

Learner Outcomes

Participants will learn:
1. Easy-to-remember grammar and usage rules
2. Business grammar and how to properly use it
3. How to organize ideas and get the point across in a clear, concise manner
4. Techniques to create professional, polished pieces of written communication
