This course prepares those with little or no Information Technology (IT) experience and interested in taking the CompTIA A+ Certification Exam which can lead to entry-level support position in IT such as a Help Desk Specialist, IT Support Specialist, and IT Business Analyst.

This course prepares those with little or no Information Technology (IT) experience and interested in taking the CompTIA A+ Certification Exam which can lead to entry-level support position in IT such as a Help Desk Specialist, IT Support Specialist, and IT Business Analyst.

Prerequisites

1. This course is completely online and participants will need basic computer literacy skills such as uploading and downloading files from the Internet, PC operating system navigation skills.

2. Participants should also have reliable internet access, Internet usage skills including accessing the Internet and navigating web pages.
