Course Description

 Instructor:  Kayomi Kaneda

This class offers critical information to gain cultural awareness and to understand Japanese business protocol, as well as Japanese customer`s expectations and behaviors. Offers practice in verbal and non-verbal communications to effectively assist Japanese customers.

Learner Outcomes

Students will be able to understand basic Japanese cultural values, behaviors and service expectation.  Increase cultural awareness, gain confidence in interacting with and provide quality assistance for Japanese-speaking customers.
