Course Description

SLIM presents: Korean Natural Farming (KNF) is gaining enthusiastic support in the Hawaii agricultural community. This practice of using Indigenous Micro Organisms (IMO) is based on using on-farm resources and making preparations to build soil and create clean, odorless animal enclosures. Day One offers an overview of KNF, Day Two applies KNF practices to keeping Chickens and Pigs.
