Course Description

It is said that names have spiritual power and when pronounced correctly, power can be drawn from the name. Kapi'olani Community College is blessed, empowered, and guided in countless ways by Queen Julia Kapi'olani through dedicated faculty, staff, administrators, programs, practices, and ?olelo.

In this webinar, learn about Queen Kapi'olani's life, legacy, travels, and more. It is befitting that we conclude our 75th Anniversary year and Kaiaulu Webinar Series by honoring Queen Kapi'olani`s life, humanitarian gifts, life, and birthday anniversary, which was on December 31, 1834.
