Course Description

Introduces the nature and development of law in the United States with emphasis on how it applies to business. A study of business documents, how business entities are created and operated, the role of government regulation, and ethical implications are also covered.

Enrollment in this course through EDvance is a non-credit option, however course is available for credit. In order to receive college credit, participants must successfully complete course with a "C" or better.
