Course Description

Problem Solving in the Workplace is an interactive and collaborative workshop where participants work together to define the true problem, analyze and identify possible causes, and create feasible options and solutions to implement in the workplace. Participants will learn effective strategies to problem-solve and arrive at sustainable win-win solutions.

Learner Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to:

  1. Apply problem solving steps and strategies.
  2. Analyze information to identify the root of the problem.
  3. Think creatively and work towards creative solutions.
  4. Apply the top ten rules of good decision-making.
  5. Create a plan to implement, monitor, and evaluate decisions.
