Course Description

The goal of the Sales and Marketing Pro Training Series is to provide current and new sales and marketing personnel an understanding and competence in sales and marketing. Participants develop individual awareness and competency in critical thinking skills for a variety of sales and marketing topics. Prospecting, closing the sale, building relationships and customer service management, along with dynamite sales presentations skills are be explored. The program is made up of 7 modules that can also be taken as an entire certificate of professional development (BUS5800) or separately as individual modules (BUS5801-BUS5807).

Learner Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course participants will be able to:

  1. Enhance their level of professional confidence;
  2. Strengthen their ability to succeed in sales and marketing problem-solving and decision-making situations;
  3. Develop sales and marketing skills competencies;
  4. Learn how to formalize their organization’s brand.
