Course Description

Customized Culinary Arts Training includes meeting with baker/pastry team to assess hotel's current training needs. Chef Brown to develop customized priority list of training to be accomplished within the given period of eight training days in the Hotel's respective food outlets and departments. Chef Brown to share materials, recipes and conduct hands-on training.
