Course Description

This class is for and about YOU! Delve deeper into what makes you unique: your culture, your family, your own features. Explore what makes you YOU through fun activities, art projects, goal setting and reflective writing. Create a personal scrapbook, start your autobiography and develop a family tree.  Celebrate at a culminating “Culture Day” where we’ll munch on foods of different cultures and learn about unique and special YOU!

Materials fee: $20
Materials requested for students to bring: Apron or old t-shirt and a pencil box of leftover school supplies. At least 10 favorite digital photos of your child through the years and a cultural dish on the last day of class. (More info on this will be provided on the first day!)
